What results will I obtain from practicing Pilates? |
|
Pilates is a total body workout that increases strength, stretch, stamina and stability. It improves posture and increases range of motion for muscles and joints. Pilates also increases mental concentration, physical coordination and balance. |

How often should I come to Pilates? |
|
The key to Pilates is consistency, whether it be once a week or five times per week the main thing is to practice Pilates on a regular basis in order to see lasting changes in your body. Joseph Pilates believed you should practice the method every day, we recommend that you come at least 2 to 3 times per week to see optimal results. However, we understand that lives are busy, so as many times per week as you are able to devote to the studio we’d love to see you! Consistency is key! |

How quickly will I see results in my body? |

After your first session you will feel better! What should I wear for my Pilates session? |
|
We recommend that you wear gym or yoga style clothing that is comfortable to workout in. No shoes are required, as Pilates is practiced in socks or bare feet. Just bring yourself and a willingness to work out, work hard and have fun!
