  • At Pi Studios your first session is always absolutely FREE! 
  • You will be introduced to the Classical Method of Joseph Pilates, the unique series of body changing exercises and tailor-made apparatus that he devised and we utilize to help you change your body. 
  • All students new to the Method of Joseph Pilates will benefit greatly from taking advantage of one of our Beginner Packages designed to introduce you to the basics and systematically build upon your Pilates workout. 
  • From Beginner to Pilates Perfection, we will provide you with the Pilates foundation you need to transform your body and your life – and remember, no matter how you choose to start at Pi Studios, your first session with us is always FREE!

Induction Package – Three One-to-One Private Sessions
  • The Induction Package consists of three Private one-to-one sessions wherein you will be introduced to the classical method of Joseph Pilates. 
  • You will be introduced to his unique body changing exercises and work on his tailor-made apparatus in order to change your body, whilst benefiting from the private tutelage of one of our classically trained and skilled Pilates Instructors
  • This introduction will provide you with the foundation you need to build upon your Pilates workout. 
  • Following the completion of the Induction Package, you may continue with Private sessions, or you may join any of our Semi-Private, Tower or Mat classes. 
  • Each Private Session will be 55 minutes in length.

Intro to Tower Classes (Pi Battersea Only)
  • The Intro to Tower Class incorporates the use of the Wall Units and Mat work. 
  • You will use spring resistance to create a more challenging, dynamic and vigorous new dimension to your workout. 
  • It is a challenging and fun way to stretch your muscles, strengthen your core and increase your workout stamina. 
  • Each Intro to Tower Class will be 55 minutes in length.

Beginner Mat Classes – Core Workout (Pi Battersea Only)
  • The Beginner Mat Class is designed for those who would like to explore Pilates without using the apparatus, or prior to using the classical apparatus. 
  • You will be introduced to the basics of the Method of Joseph Pilates using only your own body to achieve core strength and stability. 
  • This is a fun class which may sometimes incorporate Pilates props, such as the Magic Circle or small free weights, but will never use any of the large apparatus. 
  • Each Beginner Mat Class will be 45 minutes in length.

Pi Perfect - Seasonal Packages (Pi Chelsea Only)
  • The Pi Perfect Package offers a two month intensive program based on a student attending three to four Beginner Semi-Private Sessions per week from 10 October 2011 – 10 December 2011. 
  • This program is designed to provide a student who is new to Pilates with not only a strong Pilates foundation, but to actually progress the student through the entire Beginner System in a period of only two months.
  • You will gain experience on every piece of apparatus in the studio environment to achieve dramatic and permanent results in your body. 
  • This intensive program is designed to change your body, and your life, in just two months.
