Pi Classes and Packages

Induction Package – Three One-to-One Private Sessions
  • The Induction Package consists of three Private one-to-one sessions wherein you will be introduced to the classical method of Joseph Pilates. 
  • This introduction will provide you with the foundations of your Pilates workout. The technique of the excerises, the fluid workings of the apparatus and the beginning of stability and change in your body.
  • Following the completion of the Induction Package, you may choose to continue with Private sessions, join any of our Semi-Private, Tower or Mat classes.

Private Sessions
  • Private sessions deepen and/or refresh your Pilates knowledge.
  • You will work one-to-one with a classically trained and skilled Pilates instructor. Your workout is tailored to your specific requirements. 

 

Each session is 55 minutes

Semi-Private Sessions
  • Semi-Private sessions are the 'Let's workout' sessions. These sessions are the platform to build habitual change.
  • You are guided through your workout and challenged at all times at your personal working level, in an inspiring and fun group setting. By choosing to take more responsibility for your own workout. You start to 'own' Pilates in your mind and body. Ultimately this is our end goal - Mat Pilates all respects of your life, not just isolated in a workout.
  • It is the best formula for getting Pilates in your body as it is the most comprehensive and challenging, but ultimately the most rewarding.  Achieve results quickly and experience the full range of the Pilates repertoire. 

 

Each session is 55 minutes

Tower Sessions
  • A Tower class makes use of the classical Mat work and the Wall Unit, which allows you to challenge and build on the strength, stamina and stretch of all your muscle groups by adding spring resistance to your workout. 
  • It is a vigorous, dynamic and fun workout that adds another dimension to your Pilates practice. 

 

Each session is 55 minutes

Mat Classes
  • A group class tailored to provide a challenging workout focused on core musculature and increased flexibility in an inspiring and fun group setting. 
  • Rather than springs and straps for resistance you will use your own body weight for resistance. 
  • You’ll feel the energy propel you toward a great workout in this class. 

 

Each session is 45 minutes

Maximum 5 people

1 x Mat Class - £15

Duets
  • Come with your partner, family member or friend, working with an instructor for the full studio experience. Get the benefits of a Private session... only shared.

As many Pilates classes* as you can take in one month. 

  • For the dedicated student who plans to take at least 3 sessions per week, this is a great value option. 
  • Choose from Semi-Private, Tower and Mat classes to expand your Pilates repertoire and achieve the physical, mental and emotional benefits of becoming a Pilates addict.

Studio Master Time

Use the studio as Joseph Pilates used his own studio in New York. Come workout every Thursday afternoon for as long or as little as you want, between the hours of 2pm to 4pm. Use this time to practice your own workout, deepen your work and understanding of either the excerises themselves or the general principles behind the method.

Come at your own convenience and start your workout, one of skilled Instructors will help you clarify or 'pep' up your workout. This is open to all levels, however, we recommend that you are familiar with some or all of your workout.
