Pi Classes and Packages

Induction Package – Three One-to-One Private Sessions
  • The Induction Package consists of three Private one-to-one sessions wherein you will be introduced to the classical method of Joseph Pilates. 
  • You will be introduced to his unique body changing exercises and work on his tailor-made apparatus in order to change your body, whilst benefiting from the private tutelage of one of our classically trained and skilled Pilates Instructors
  • This introduction will provide you with the foundation you need to build upon your Pilates workout. 
  • Following the completion of the Induction Package, you may continue with Private sessions, or you may join any of our Semi-Private, Tower or Mat classes. 
  • Each Private Session will be 55 minutes in length.

Private Sessions
  • Working one-to-one with a classically trained and skilled Pilates instructor in the entire studio environment in a workout tailored to your specific needs and desires. 
  • Use a Private session to deepen or refresh your Pilates knowledge, or to recover from injury, or late in pregnancy when more extensive modifications are necessary. 
  • Each session is 55 minutes in length. 
  • Maximum 1 person.
 
Semi-Private Sessions
  • Working in small groups with one instructor a Semi-Private session is used to deepen the work and take further responsibility for your own workout. 
  • You will be guided through your workout and challenged at all times for your personal working level, whilst in an inspiring and fun group setting. 
  • It is the best formula for getting Pilates in your body as it is the most comprehensive and challenging, but ultimately the most rewarding.  Achieve results quickly and experience the full range of the Pilates repertoire. 
  • Each session is 55 minutes in length. 
  • Pi Battersea maximum 3 people.
  • Pi Chelsea maximum 4 people.
 
Tower Sessions
  • A Tower class makes use of the classical Mat work and the Wall Unit, which allows you to challenge and build on the strength, stamina and stretch of all your muscle groups by adding spring resistance to your workout. 
  • It is a vigorous, dynamic and fun workout that adds another dimension to your Pilates practice. 
  • Each session is 55 minutes in length. 
  • Pi Battersea maximum 5 people. 
  • Pi Chelsea maximum 4 people.
 
Mat Classes
  • A group class tailored to provide a challenging workout focused on core musculature and increased flexibility in an inspiring and fun group setting. 
  • Rather than springs and straps for resistance you will use your own body weight for resistance. 
  • You’ll feel the energy propel you toward a great workout in this class. 
  • Each session is 45 minutes in length. 
  • Pi Battersea maximum 5 people.
 
Duets
  • Come with your partner, family member or friend, working with an instructor for the full studio experience, as above, but shared with someone you love. 
  • Each session is 55 minutes in length. 
  • Maximum 2 people.

SEASONAL PACKAGES

Pi Perfect (Pi Chelsea only)

  • The Pi Perfect Package offers a two month intensive program based on a student attending three to four Beginner Semi-Private Sessions per week from 10 October 2011 – 10 December 2011. 
  • This program is designed to provide a student who is new to Pilates with not only a strong Pilates foundation, but to actually progress the student through the entire Beginner System in a period of only two months.
  • You will gain experience on every piece of apparatus in the studio environment to achieve dramatic and permanent results in your body. 
  • This intensive program is designed to change your body, and your life, in just two months.
